Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
