▼ 74 The Hidden Secret
Al-Muddath-thir 2 of 2
By the moon, 32 By the receding night 33 The morning when it is unveiled, 34 Indeed, the Fire is of the greatest [afflictions] 35 As a warning unto men, 36 to whoever among you desires to go forward, or lag behind. 37 [On the Day of Judgment,] every human being will be held in pledge for whatever [evil] he has wrought 38 except those of the right hand 39 In Gardens (Paradise) they will ask one another, 40 of those who were lost in sin: 41 [And asking them], "What put you into Saqar?" 42 and they shall reply, "We were not among those who prayed; 43 "Nor were we of those who fed the indigent; 44 And we used to enter into vain discourse with those who engaged [in it], 45 "And we used to deny the Day of Judgment, 46 until certainty came upon us [in death]." 47 The intercession of the intercessors will be of no benefit to them. 48 What aileth them, therefore, that they are from the admonition turning away? 49 As they were frightened asses 50 Fleeing from a lion! 51 No indeed; each one of them desires that open letters be sent to each of them. 52 Never! In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Never so, as this is a reminder. 54 Let anyone who seeks guidance do so. 55 And they shall not heed unless Allah willeth. He is the Lord of piety, and the Lord of forgiveness. 56
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
