whom God will tell, "My servants, you need have no fear on this day, nor will you be grieved". 68 For (those of) you on that day who believed in My revelations and submitted. 69 "Enter the Garden rejoicing, both you and your spouses!" 70 There shall be passed around them platters of gold, and cups, therein being whatever the souls desire, and the eyes delight in. 'And therein, you shall dwell forever. 71 Such is the Paradise you shall inherit, for the things you did. 72 You shall have therein abundant fruit to eat' 73 But the evildoers shall live for ever in the punishment of Gehenna (Hell), 74 It is not relaxed for them, and they despair therein. 75 We have not wronged them; it was they who were the wrongdoers. 76 And they shall call out: O Malik! let your Lord make an end of us. He shall say: Surely you shall tarry. 77 We brought you the Truth; but to the truth most of you were averse.” 78 Or have they contrived some matter? We too are contriving. 79 Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsel? (Yes We do) and Our Messengers (appointed angels in charge of mankind) are by them, to record. 80 Say: "If Ar-Rahman had a son I would have been the first of worshippers." 81 Glorified be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne! Exalted be He from all that they ascribe (to Him). 82 So leave them to babble and play (with vanities) until they meet that Day of theirs, which they have been promised. 83 And He it is Who is God in the heavens and God in the earth, and He is the Wise, the Knower. 84 And blessed be He to Whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, and with Whom is the knowledge of the Hour, and to Whom you (all) will be returned. 85 Those they call upon, apart from Him, have no power of intercession, save such as have testified to the truth, and that knowingly. 86 And if you should ask them who created them, they would certainly say: Allah. Whence are they then turned back? 87 (Allah has knowledge) of (Prophet Muhammad's) saying: "O my Lord! Verily, these are a people who believe not!" 88 Turn away from them and say: "Peace." They will come to know soon. 89

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
