The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 "So keep your duty to Allah, fear Him and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in you, when the meanest (of the people) follow you?" 111 He said, 'What knowledge have I of that they have been doing? 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and drowned the others. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
