Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
