The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 And [by] Mount Sinai 2 And by oath of this secure land, 3 We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, 4 then We cast him down as the lowest of the low, 5 excepting only such as attain to faith and do good works: and theirs shall be a reward unending! 6 After (knowing) this, what makes you still disbelieve in the Day of Judgment? 7 Is not God the most equitable of all judges? 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
