Lo! We, even We, have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a revelation; 23 Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them. 24 And glorify the name of your Lord morning and evening. 25 and prostrate yourself before Him at night, and extol His Glory during the long watches of the night. 26 Verily! These (disbelievers) love the present life of this world, and put behind them a heavy Day (that will be hard). 27 [They will not admit to themselves that] it We who have created them and strengthened their make - and [that] if it be Our will We can replace them entirely with others of their kind. 28 This is an admonition: Whosoever will, let him take a (straight) Path to his Lord. 29 Yet you will not unless Allah wills; surely, Allah is the Knower, the Wise. 30 For He admits into His mercy whomsoever He will; as for the evildoers, He has prepared for them a painful chastisement. 31
