The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
