Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 "My Lord! Then (save me from Your Punishment), and put me not amongst the people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doing)." 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 (O Muhammad)! Repel evil in the best manner. We are well aware of all that they say about you. 96 And say: O my Lord! I seek refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Shaitans; 97 I even seek Your refuge, my Lord, lest they should approach me." 98 Until when death overtakes one of them, he says: Send me back, my Lord, send me back; 99 “Perhaps I may do some good deeds in what I have left behind”; this is just a word that he utters from his mouth; and confronting them is a barrier until the day in which they will be raised. 100 So when the Trumpet is blown – so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers) 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 but those whose scales are light shall forfeit their souls and live in Gehenna (Hell) for ever. 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they therein shall be in severe affliction. 104 Have not My revelations been rehearsed unto you, and them ye have been belying? 105 They shall say, 'Our Lord, our adversity prevailed over us; we were an erring people. 106 "Our Lord! bring us out of this: if ever we return (to Evil), then shall we be wrong-doers indeed!" 107 He saith: Begone therein, and speak not unto Me. 108 You are those that when a party of My servants said: 'Our Lord, we believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful,' 109 But you ridiculed them. So much so that out of (spite) for them you forgot to remember Me and laughed at them. 110 I have rewarded them this Day for their steadfastness, and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He will say: how long tarried ye on the earth in number of year? 112 They will reply. "We remained for about a day or part of it, but ask those who have kept count". 113 He will say: "You stayed only for a while, if you only knew that. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 If anyone invokes, besides Allah, Any other god, he has no authority therefor; and his reckoning will be only with his Lord! and verily the Unbelievers will fail to win through! 117 (Muhammad), say, "Lord, forgive me and grant me mercy; You are the best of the Merciful Ones. 118
