Then when the sent ones entered unto the household of Lut. 61 He said: Lo! ye are folk unknown (to me). 62 They said, "No, but we bring you news about what they disputed, 63 "Yet we bring to you the truth, and we are truthful. 64 "Then travel in a part of the night with your family, and you go behind them in the rear, and let no one amongst you look back, but go on to where you are ordered." 65 And We made plain the case to him, that the root of them (who did wrong) was to be cut at early morn. 66 And the people of the city came rejoicing. 67 [Lot] said, "Indeed, these are my guests, so do not shame me. 68 and fear God, and do not degrade me.' 69 "Did we not restrain you," they said, "from (entertaining) creatures from the outside world?" 70 He said, “These women of our tribe are my daughters, if you have to.” 71 By thy life, they wandered blindly in their dazzlement, 72 and the Cry seized them at the sunrise, 73 And We made the upside there of downwards, and We rained on them stones of baked clay. 74 Indeed in this are signs for people who perceive. 75 for, behold, those [towns] stood by a road that still exists. 76 Surely, in that there is a sign for those who believe. 77 AND THE DWELLERS of the wooded dales [of Madyan, too,] were inveterate evildoers, 78 On them, too, We took vengeance, and they are both on a clear roadway. 79

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
