Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 and refuse charity. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
