The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 And Who bringeth out the (green and luscious) pasture, 4 then made it a blackening wrack. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 Except what Allah wills; indeed He knows all the evident and all the concealed. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 Who will burn in the terrible Fire, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
