So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad], 36 On the right and on the left, in groups? 37 Does every man of them hope to enter the Paradise of delight? 38 Not at all, for We have created them of what they know. 39 Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly- 40 Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan). 41 so leave them to indulge in vain idle talk and amuse themselves, until they face the Day which they have been promised, 42 The Day whereon they shall come forth from the sepulchres hastily, as though they were to an altar hurrying. 43 their eyes are humbled and they are covered with humiliation. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44
