The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
I swear by the early hours of the day, 1 and the brooding night! 2 Your Lord has not forsaken you, nor has He become displeased, 3 The reward in the next life will certainly be better for you than worldly gains. 4 Your Lord will soon grant you sufficient favors to please you. 5 Did He not find you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) an orphan and gave you a refuge? 6 Did He not find you perplexed, and show you the way? 7 Did He not find you in want, and make you free from want? 8 Therefore, the orphan shalt thou never wrong, 9 Therefor the beggar drive not away, 10 and proclaim the bounty of your Lord. 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa). Sent down in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
