THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 except the chosen servants of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and night: will you not take heed? 138
