When We substitute one revelation for another,- and Allah knows best what He reveals (in stages),- they say, "Thou art but a forger": but most of them understand not. 101 You say: "It has been sent by divine grace from your Lord with truth to strengthen those who believe, and as guidance and good news for those who have submitted (to God)." 102 And We certainly know that they say, "It is only a human being who teaches the Prophet." The tongue of the one they refer to is foreign, and this Qur'an is [in] a clear Arabic language. 103 Those that believe not in the signs of God, God will not guide; there awaits them a painful chastisement. 104 Only they forge the lie who do not believe in Allah's communications, and these are the liars. 105 The one who disbelieves in Allah after accepting faith – except him who is forced to and whose heart is still firmly upon faith – but whoever is wholeheartedly a disbeliever, upon them is the wrath of Allah; and for them is a great punishment. 106 That is because they love the life of this world more than the Hereafter; and Allah does not guide those who are ungrateful to Allah for His favours. 107 They are those upon whose hearts, hearing (ears) and sight (eyes) Allah has set a seal. And they are the heedless! 108 No doubt they shall be losers in the Hereafter. 109 ۞ But verily thy Lord,- to those who leave their homes after trials and persecutions,- and who thereafter strive and fight for the faith and patiently persevere,- Thy Lord, after all this is oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. 110
