۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 Most surely these are a small company; 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
