Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 And removed your burden 2 Which had broken your back? 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
