We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
