In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Sad. I swear by the Quran, which is full of reminders of God, (that you are a Messenger). 1 Verily those who disbelieve are in vainglory and schism. 2 Many a generation We did destroy before them – thereupon they cried out whereas it is not the time to escape! 3 And they (Arab pagans) wonder that a warner (Prophet Muhammad SAW) has come to them from among themselves! And the disbelievers say: "This (Prophet Muhammad SAW) is a sorcerer, a liar. 4 Does he claim that all the deities are [but] one God? Verily, a most strange thing is this!" 5 Their assembly left (saying): 'Go, and be patient to your gods, this is something to be desired. 6 We never heard of this in the former faith; this is nothing but a forgery: 7 What, has the Remembrance been sent down on him out of us all?' Nay, but they are in doubt of My Remembrance; nay, they have not yet tasted My chastisement. 8 Or have they the treasuries of thy Lord's mercy, the All-mighty, the All-giving? 9 Do they own the heavens and the earth and all that is between them? Let them try on their own to block (the ways of heavens so that Our revelations cannot come to you). 10 This is just one of the disgraced armies, that will be routed there and then. 11 The folk of Noah before them denied (their messenger) and (so did the tribe of) A'ad, and Pharaoh firmly planted, 12 So also did the people of Thamud, Lot, and the dwellers of the Forest. 13 There was not one of those that did not belie the Messengers. Therefore, My retribution was realized. 14

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
