The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
