We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
