The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8
