The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful 1

All praise is due to God alone, the Sustainer of all the worlds, 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 Thee only we serve; to Thee alone we pray for succour. 5 Guide us Thou unto the path straight 6 The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger, nor of those who went astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
