And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
