But the godfearing shall be amidst gardens and fountains: 45 Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 And inform them of Ibrahim’s guests. 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!" 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah)? 57 They said, "We are sent to a sinful people. 58 "(All) except the family of Lout (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction). 59 but his wife. We decreed that she should be amongst those who remain behind. 60
