Most surely We help our messengers, and those who believe, in the life of this world and on the Day when all the witnesses will stand up. 51 The Day when their excuses will be of no avail to the wrongdoers, the curse shall be their lot and they will have the most evil abode. 52 To Moses We had given guidance and to the children of Israel We had given the Book 53 A guide and a reminder for men of understanding. 54 Then have patience (O Muhammad). Lo! the promise of Allah is true. And ask forgiveness of thy sin, and hymn the praise of thy Lord at fall of night and in the early hours. 55 Behold, as for those who call God's messages in question without having any evidence therefore in their hearts is nothing but overweening self-conceit, which they will never be able to satisfy: seek thou, then, refuge with God - for, verily, He alone is all-hearing, all-seeing! 56 The creation of the heavens and the earth is certainly greater than the creation of mankind, but most people do not know. 57 And the blind and the sighted are not equal – and neither are the believers who perform good deeds and the wicked equal; how very little do you ponder! 58 There is no doubt that the Hour is coming, yet most people do not believe. 59 Your Lord has said, 'Call upon Me and I will answer you. Surely those who wax too proud to do Me service shall enter Gehenna utterly abject.' 60
