The Bee (Al-nahl)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ The commandment of Allah will come to pass, so seek not ye to hasten it. Glorified and Exalted be He above all that they associate (with Him). 1 He sendeth down the angels with the Spirit of His command unto whom He will of His bondmen, (saying): Warn mankind that there is no Allah save Me, so keep your duty unto Me. 2 He created the heavens and the earth with the truth, highly exalted be He above what they associate (with Him). 3 He has created man from Nutfah (mixed drops of male and female sexual discharge), then behold, this same (man) becomes an open opponent. 4 And the cattle -- He created them for you; in them is warmth, and uses various, and of them you eat, 5 And there is beauty in them for you when you drive them back (to home), and when you send them forth (to pasture). 6 They carry your loads to places which you could otherwise not reach without great hardship, surely, your Lord is compassionate and merciful, 7 And horses and mules and asses (hath He created) that ye may ride them, and for ornament. And He createth that which ye know not. 8 It is for Allah to show the way. Some swerve from it, but had He willed, He would have guided all of you. 9
