Al-Suff 2 of 2

O you who have believed, shall I guide you to a transaction that will save you from a painful punishment? 10 Have faith in Allah and His Noble Messenger, and fight in Allah’s cause with your wealth and your lives; this is better for you, if you understand. 11 [If you do so,] He will forgive you your sins, and [in the life to come] will admit you into gardens through which running waters flow, and into goodly mansions in [those] gardens of perpetual bliss: that [will be] the triumph supreme! 12 And [you will obtain] another [favor] that you love - victory from Allah and an imminent conquest; and give good tidings to the believers. 13 O ye who believe! Be Allah's helpers, even as Jesus son of Mary said unto the disciples: Who are my helpers for Allah? They said: We are Allah's helpers. And a party of the Children of Israel believed, while a party disbelieved. Then We strengthened those who believed against their foe, and they became the uppermost. 14

True are the words of God the Almighty.
