1/2 Hizb 35
< random >
O Ye apostles! eat the good things and work righteously; verily of that which ye work I am the Knower. 51 And indeed this, your religion, is one religion, and I am your Lord, so fear Me." 52 The people divided themselves into many sects, each with their own book and each happy with whatever they had. 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone in their dark ignorance for an appointed time. 54 Do they think that because We have granted them abundance of wealth and sons, 55 We are hastening to reward them for good deeds? No. They do not comprehend. 56 Surely those who tremble in fear of their Lord 57 And those who believe in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, 58 And those who join not anyone (in worship) as partners with their Lord; 59 who give what they give, with their hearts quaking, that they will return to their Lord: 60 It is these who hasten in every good work, and these who are foremost in them. 61 And We do not lay on any soul a burden except to the extent of its ability, and with Us is a book which speaks the truth, and they shall not be dealt with unjustly. 62 But their hearts are heedless of this. Moreover, there are other deeds besides this which they do. 63 Until when We lay hold of the luxuriant ones of them with the torment, and lo! then they are imploring! 64 (We shall say): 'Do not groan today, surely you shall receive no help from Us' 65 “My verses were recited to you, so you used to turn back on your heels.” 66 waxing proud against it, talking foolish talk by night.' 67 Is it then that they do not ponder over what is said, or is it that there has come to them that which did not come to their fathers of old? 68 Or is it that they have not recognized their Apostle, so that they deny him? 69 Or say they: There is a madness in him? Nay, but he bringeth them the Truth; and most of them are haters of the Truth. 70 But if the Truth had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away. 71 Or, do you ask a tribute from them? Your Lord's tribute is better. He is the Best of providers. 72 (Muhammad), you certainly have called them to the right path, 73 but, behold, those who will not believe in the life to come are bound to deviate from that way. 74 ۞ Though We had mercy on them and relieved them of the harm afflicting them, they still would wander blindly on in their contumacy. 75 And indeed We seized them with punishment, but they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor did they invoke (Allah) with submission to Him. 76 until, when We open against them a door of terrible chastisement, lo, they are sore confounded at it. 77

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
