Seest thou one who turns back, 33 and gives a little, and then grudgingly? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the unseen, thus, he sees (all things)? 35 Has he not been made acquainted with what was written in the scriptures of Moses? 36 And Abraham who paid his debt: 37 That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 and that his work is surely seen 40 then, he shall be recompensed for it in full repayment 41 That to thy Lord is the final Goal; 42 and that it is He who makes to laugh, and that makes to weep, 43 And that it is He who causes death and gives life 44 And that it is He Who has created the two pairs, male and female? 45 From a drop (of seed) when it is poured forth; 46 And that on Him is the bringing forth a second time; 47 And that it is He Who has given wealth and contentment? 48 And that it is He who is the Lord of Sirius 49 And that He did destroy the Ad of old 50 and Thamood, sparing no one, 51 And also the people of Nuh aforetime. Verily they were even greater wrong-doers and more contumacious. 52 just as He thrust into perdition those cities that were overthrown 53 and caused them to be covered with that which He covered them with. 54 On which then of your Lord's signs do you cast doubt? 55 This is a warner from the warners of ancient times. 56 There hath approached the approaching Hour. 57 There shall be none besides Allah to remove it. 58 At this discourse then marvel ye? 59 And will ye laugh and not weep,- 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 So prostrate yourselves before Allah and worship. ۩ 62
