▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out! 48 And in everything have We created opposites, so that you might bear in mind [that God alone is One]. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 [But] thus it is: never yet came any apostle to those who lived before their time but they said, "A spellbinder, ["sorcerer" is he,] or a madman!" 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
