Indeed the tree of Zaqqum, – 43 The food of the sinner! 44 It will be like molted brass which will boil in the bellies 45 as boiling water bubbles. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 Surely this is what you disputed about. 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit, in peace and security. 55 Nor will they there taste Death, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire,- 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 So be on the watch; they too are on the watch. 59
