No! By the moon 32 And by the Night as it retreateth, 33 and by the day when it dawns (with its radiance), 34 surely it is one of the greatest things 35 It is a warning for mankind 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Each one is a hostage to one's deeds, 38 except the people of the right hand 39 (They will be) in Gardens (of Delight): they will question each other, 40 Concerning the culprits: 41 “What drove you to Hell?” 42 They will answer: "We were not among those who prayed; 43 and we did not feed the needy. 44 We plunged in with the plungers 45 “And used to deny the Day of Justice.” 46 till the certainty (death) overtook us' 47 So, the intercession of intercessors will not avail them. 48 What ails them, that they turn away from the Reminder, 49 as if they were startled asses 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 In fact every one of them wants to be given open books (like the prophets). 52 Nay, verily. They fear not the Hereafter. 53 By no means! Verily this Qur'an is an admonition. 54 Let anyone who seeks guidance do so. 55 But none will keep it in remembrance except as Allah wills: He is the Lord of Righteousness, and the Lord of Forgiveness. 56
