And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
