Tell also of Moses in the Book. He was indeed a chosen one, and was a messenger and a prophet. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the mount and made him draw near to be in close communion with Us; 52 And We gave him out of Our mercy his brother Aaron as a prophet. 53 Also mention in the Book (the story of) Isma'il: He was (strictly) true to what he promised, and he was a messenger (and) a prophet. 54 And he ordered his people to pray and to give charity and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 And mention in the Book Idris; he was a true man, a Prophet. 56 And We lifted him to a high position. (Living with soul & body in heaven, after his death.) 57 Those were some of the prophets on whom Allah did bestow His Grace,- of the posterity of Adam, and of those who We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and of the posterity of Abraham and Israel of those whom We guided and chose. Whenever the Signs of (Allah) Most Gracious were rehearsed to them, they would fall down in prostrate adoration and in tears. ۩ 58 ۞ But there came after them successors who neglected prayer and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil - 59 Excepted, however, shall be those who repent and attain to faith and do righteous deeds: for it is they who will enter paradise and will not be wronged in any way: 60 Gardens of Eternity, those which (Allah) Most Gracious has promised to His servants in the Unseen: for His promise must (necessarily) come to pass. 61 They will not hear any lewd talk in it, but only Peace; and in it for them is sustenance, every morning and evening. 62 this is the paradise which We grant as a heritage unto such of Our servants as are conscious of Us. 63 We (angels) come not down save by commandment of thy Lord. Unto Him belongeth all that is before us and all that is behind us and all that is between those two, and thy Lord was never forgetful - 64 He is the Lord of the heavens and of the earth and of all that is between the two. So worship Him alone and be steadfast in His worship. Do you know of anyone equal to Him in His attributes? 65
