No! I swear by that you see 38 and what you do not see 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured Messenger [i.e. Jibrael (Gabriel) or Muhammad SAW which he has brought from Allah]. 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 and cut-off his main artery. 46 And not one of you could have held Us off from him. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 We know that there are some among you who will belie. 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of thy Lord Most High. 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
