Everyone that is thereon will pass away; 26 only the Person of your Lord, full of majesty and splendour, will endure. 27 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 28 Of Him beggeth whosoever is in the heavens and the earth; every day He is in a new affair. 29 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 30 We shall attend to you, O you two classes (jinns and men)! 31 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 32 O you who live in close communion with [evil] invisible beings and humans! If you [think that you] can pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, pass beyond them! [But] you cannot pass beyond them, save by a sanction [from God]! 33 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 34 There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves. 35 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 36 And when heaven is split asunder, and turns crimson like red leather -- 37 O which of our Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 38 So on that Day no question will be asked of man or jinn as to his sin, (because they have already been known from their faces either white or black). 39 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 40 (For) the sinners will be known by their marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 42 This is hell which the guilty deny. 43 They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]. 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45
