Surely We have sent down the Koran on thee, a sending down; 23 Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them. 24 Remember the name of thy Lord at morn and evening. 25 And worship Him (a portion) of the night. And glorify Him through the livelong night. 26 Surely these love the transitory and neglect a grievous day before them. 27 We have created them and have given them strength. Had We wanted, We could have replaced them with another people like them. 28 Verily this is an admonition; then whosoever will, may choose a way unto his Lord. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way]: for, behold, God is indeed all-seeing, wise. 30 He is Merciful to whom He will; but, for the harmdoers He has prepared for them a painful punishment. 31
