The tree of Zaqqum 43 shall be the food of the guilty sinners. 44 It will be like molted brass which will boil in the bellies 45 as the boiling of the hot water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 Thus (shall it be), and We will wed them with Houris pure, beautiful ones. 54 They call therein for every fruit in safety. 55 They shall not taste therein of death, save the first death, And He shall guard them against the chastisement of Hell -- 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That is the supreme triumph. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait, then; they too are waiting. 59
