Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And assuredly We have set constellations in the heaven and made it fairseeming unto the beholders 16 And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). 17 save him who may eavesdrop, and then a bright flame pursues him. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 We have provided therein a means of livelihood for you and for all those creatures for whom you do not provide. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 and it is thy Lord shall muster them, and He is All-wise, All-knowing. 25
