Everyone that is thereon will pass away; 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 28 Everyone in the heavens and the earth depends on Him. His task in preserving His creation is continuous. 29 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 30 [ONE DAY] We shall take you to task, O you sin-laden two! 31 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 32 O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]. 33 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 34 Flames of fire and molten brass shall be sent against both of you, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and becomes red like red leather, 37 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 38 So on that day neither man nor jinni shall be asked about his sin. 39 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 40 The guilty ones will be recognized by their faces and will be seized by their forelocks and feet. 41 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 42 (The guilty ones will be told), "This is hell which the sinful ones denied". 43 They will run around in blazing fire and boiling water. 44 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 45
