Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 If he is among the near 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.
