And the people of the Hijr (rocks) denied the Noble Messengers. 80 We showed them miracles but they ignored them. 81 And they used to carve from the mountains, houses, feeling secure. 82 But the (Awful) Cry overtook them at the morning hour, 83 and of no avail to them was all [the power] that they had acquired. 84 We created not the heavens, the earth, and all between them, but for just ends. And the Hour is surely coming (when this will be manifest). So overlook (any human faults) with gracious forgiveness. 85 Your Lord is certainly the All-knowing Creator. 86 (Muhammad), We have given you the seven most repeated (verses) and the great Quran. 87 Do not strain your eyes towards the worldly benefits We have bestowed on some of them, nor grieve on their account. Lower your wing of mercy for the believers 88 And say, "Indeed, I am the clear warner" - 89 Such as We send down for those who make division, 90 Who have made the Quran into parts. (i.e. believed in a part and disbelieved in the other). 91 Now by thy Lord, We shall surely question them all together 92 about whatever they had been doing! 93 Then declare what you are commanded and turn away from the polytheists. 94 Verily We will suffice unto thee against the mockers. 95 Those who ascribe another God along with Allah; so they will soon come to know. 96 We are well aware that you are disheartened by what they say. 97 Therefore celebrate the praise of your Lord, and be of those who make obeisance. 98 and worship your Lord until the last moment (of your life) that will most certainly come. 99
