▼ 79 The Snatchers
Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 And He made dark its night, and brought forth its sunshine. 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then as for him who is inordinate, 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 But, whosoever feared the standing before his Lord and prevented the self from desires, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
