Do the disbelievers assume that they will be able to choose My bondmen as supporters other than Me? Indeed We have prepared hell to welcome the disbelievers. 102 Say, (O Muhammad): "Shall We tell you who will be the greatest losers in respect of their works? 103 "Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds! 104 Those are they that disbelieve in the signs of their Lord and the encounter with Him; their works have failed, and on the Day of Resurrection We shall not assign to them any weight. 105 That is their reward: hell, because they disbelieved, and made a jest of Our revelations and Our messengers. 106 [But,] verily, as for those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds - the gardens of paradise will be there to welcome them; 107 Wherein they shall dwell (for aye): no change will they wish for from them. 108 Tell them, "If the ocean became ink for writing the words of my Lord, surely the ocean would be exhausted before the words of my Lord came to an end -- even if We were to add another ocean to it." 109 Say thou: I am but a human being like yourselves; revealed unto me is that your God is One God. Whosoever then hopeth for the meeting with his Lord, let him work righteous work, and let him not associate in the worship of his Lord anyone. 110
