Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the winds sent forth in swift succession, 1 By the raging hurricanes, 2 By those which cause earth's vegetation to revive; 3 By those who winnow with a winnowing, 4 and then giving forth a reminder, 5 To complete the argument or to warn. 6 Indeed what you are promised, will surely befall. 7 When the stars shall be extinguished, 8 And when the sky is riven asunder, 9 When the mountains are scattered (to the winds) as dust; 10 and the appointed time to bring the Messengers together arrives, (then shall the promised event come to pass). 11 For what day is the time appointed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what will explain to you what is the Day of sorting out? 14 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 Thereafter We shall cause to follow them the latter ones. 17 [for] thus do We deal with such as are lost in sin. 18 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 19 Created We you not of water despicable, 20 Which We laid up in a safe abode 21 till a known term decreed? 22 See that We had the power to do so. Great indeed is Our power to do what We will. 23 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected the revelations of God! 24 Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together. 25 for the living and the dead? 26 And We placed therein lofty, firmly set mountains and have given you to drink sweet water. 27 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 28 (It will be said to the disbelievers): "Depart you to that which you used to deny! 29 Depart into the shadow of three masses, 30 Neither shady nor protecting against the blazing Fire. 31 It will throw out sparks as logs of wood 32 "As if there were (a string of) yellow camels (marching swiftly)." 33 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 34 On that day they will not be able to speak, 35 Nor will it be open to them to put forth pleas. 36 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 37 That is the Day of Judgment. We will bring you together with all the ancient peoples. 38 if you have a trick, try you now to trick Me!' 39 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 40

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
