Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things), 1 until you reach your graves. 2 Lo! presently ye shall know. 3 And once again: Nay, in time you will come to understand! 4 Nay! if you had known with a certain knowledge, 5 you would see the fire of Hell. 6 You would see it with the eye of certainty. 7 then you shall be questioned that day concerning true bliss. 8
