1/4 Hizb 27
< random >
Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs. 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. 50 Tell them about Abraham's guests: 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said, "Have you given me good tidings although old age has come upon me? Then of what [wonder] do you inform?" 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
