▼ 21 The Prophets
Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
Then whoso doeth some good works and is a believer, there will be no rejection of his effort. Lo! We record (it) for him. 94 It has been ordained against every town that We ever destroyed that they shall not return (to enjoy a new lease of life) 95 Until when Ya'juj and Ma'juj are let out, and from every mound they are trickling down. 96 when the true promise of God draws near, those who denied the truth will stare in amazement, crying, "Woe to us! We have been so heedless of this. Indeed, we were wrongdoers." 97 Lo! ye (idolaters) and that which ye worship beside Allah are fuel of hell. Thereunto ye will come. 98 If those [false objects of your worship] had truly been divine, they would not have been destined for it: but [as it is, you] all shall abide therein!" 99 Therein breathing out with deep sighs and roaring will be their portion, and therein they will hear not. 100 But as for those unto whom already the reward most fair has gone forth from Us, 101 neither shall they hear any of its whisper, but shall live for ever in that their souls desired. 102 The greatest terror (on the Day of Resurrection) will not grieve them, and the angels will meet them, (with the greeting): "This is your Day which you were promised." 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll of parchment. As We originated the first creation, so shall We repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us. Truly, We shall fulfill it. 104 We have written in the Psalms, after the Remembrance: 'The righteous among My worshipers shall inherit the earth' 105 Surely in this is a Message delivered unto a people who serve. 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say: 'It is revealed to me that your God is One God, do you then surrender' 108 If they turn back, say: 'I have warned you all alike, though I cannot tell whether what you are promised is imminent or distant. 109 "It is He Who knows what is open in speech and what ye hide (in your hearts). 110 And I know not but that this may be a trial for you, and enjoyment for a while. 111 He saith: My Lord! Judge Thou with truth. Our Lord is the Beneficent, Whose help is to be implored against that which ye ascribe (unto Him). 112
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
